JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Katrinelundgymnasiet is Gothenburg's elite sports high school and Sweden's largest sports high school. Of the school's approximately 1200 students, nearly half are elite athletes. One of the school's missions is to provide these sports talents with excellent opportunities to combine elite training and studies.

Your responsibilities include ensuring high-quality training sessions for students aiming for international and national elite.

Be responsible for high quality in daily teaching in Special Sports/Handball for our students at RIG and NIU according to the curriculum in Special Sports.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying need to have an elite background in handball nationally and internationally as an active player or coach and have experience in planning and conducting training sessions (at elite level) for juniors and seniors. A driver's license is a requirement.

You have a strong commitment to developing others and a great ability to create trusting relationships. Good collaboration skills are required as the work involves contacts with many different parties.

It is advantageous if you have experience in administrative work. You have the ability to make independent decisions within the framework of your assignment. You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role, base your work on the equal value of all, and strive to create a good atmosphere in meetings with others. You can oversee your own area of responsibility and place your own operations' significance in a larger context. You show interest in and collaborate on overarching issues to create added value.
